At Multiwa Jewellery, we take great care in ensuring that your jewellery reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customised or personalised jewellery may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
- International shipping (if applicable) may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotions, or order values (if applicable).
- International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with your tracking details.
- You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
- If the package is not received after attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video for verification.
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Replacement or resolution will be provided as per policy.
