Refund policy

At Multiwa Jewellery, we are committed to providing premium-quality imitation and sterling silver jewellery. Your satisfaction matters to us, and our policies are designed to ensure transparency while protecting both our customers and our business.

General Guidelines

  • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges Only: Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by a complete unboxing video.
  • Exchange Window: Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized jewellery, gift cards, and digital items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike
  • Courier delays once the order is dispatched

👉 Refunds are not applicable. Only replacements/exchanges are offered in case of damage or defect.

Steps for Exchange Approval:

  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video.
  3. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Sale & Discounted Items

  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.
  • Exchange claims for sale items must include a complete unboxing video shared within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customised sale products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
  • Once we receive and approve the return, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Gifts

  • Gifts are eligible for exchange only if damaged or defective and reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
  • Exchanges will be processed for another item of equal value, subject to stock availability.
  • Refunds or credit notes are not offered for gifts.
  • Customised or personalised gift items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Returns

If your exchange is approved:

  • Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
  • Multiwa Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Packages must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
